Don is a master of carpentry. He has been working in the business for over 4 decades. He's worked in Colorado and all of South Florida. Don is a certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. He has an extremely hands on approach when dealing with his clients, and will be part of your constructing process every step of the way.

Rachel recently moved back to Naples in order to partner with her family and work to expand upon the 45 year strong business of custom building. Rachel has a Master's degree from the University of Miami, and 6 years of corporate business, marketing and management expertise. Rachel is committed to integrity, quality and service.

MAX EWY

Max has been with the company for 6 years. His hard work and attention to detail, and friendly personality has contributed to a higher level of customer satisfaction, and the continued success of our team. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Resort and Hospitality Development from Florida Gulf Coast University.
